  • Feta - 100g
  • Cottage Cheese - 200g
  • Chives - 1 tablespoon chopped
  • Parsley - 1 tablespoon chopped
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  • Cut the peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  • In a bowl combine 3.
  • 5 oz (100 grams) Feta cheese, 7 oz (200 grams) cottage cheese, 1 tbsp chopped chives (optional), 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional), 1/4 tsp salt (more or less to taste) and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
  • Fill the peppers with the mixture.
  • Top with chopped chives and parsley.
  • Serve.
